Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Each piece is 3D-printed and quality-checked before dispatch, so please allow adequate time for fulfilment.

Shipping within India We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays 3Dify is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed.
